About Us

Hilltop 4100 Neighborhood Association, a non-profit organization, has been serving the community for over 30 years The boundaries are Northern Parkway (n), Haywood Avenue (s), Wabash Avenue (w), and Reisterstown Road (e). Our mission is to foster cooperative partnerships with residents, businesses and governmental agencies to provide a safe, healthy, and productive community.

Association meetings are held on the fourth Monday of each month at 7:00pm at the Northwest District Police Station (5721 Reisterstown Rd.; Baltimore, MD 21215).
